YMCA Afterschool Antics - Sites & Meeting Spots


Afterschool Antics Girls Together
There are seven Afterschool Antics programs located across Kitchener-Waterloo.
Locations are: Crestview Public School, Franklin Public School, Keatsway Public School, Lester B. Pearson Public School, Lincoln Heights Public School, Sandhills Public School, Westmount Public School.

Afterschool Antics instructors will meet your child at the designated meeting place each day at school dismissal. They will then proceed to our Afterschool Antics site location. Please ensure that your child is aware that it is their responsibility to arrive on time at the meeting spot.

Your child's safety is important to us. Our instructors are trained never to assume a child is not coming on that day. If your child(ren) does not arrive at the designated meeting spot, and the instructor has not been notified of their absence prior to that day, the instructor will use a variety of means to locate your child.

Franklin Public School
Effective September 2010
This site will only serve children in grades 3 to 6 attending Franklin Public School

371 Franklin Street North, Kitchener

The meeting spot and location of the Afterschool Antics program at Franklin Public School is still to be confirmed - please contact the Afterschool Antics Supervisor at 519-741-8585 ext 228 for more information.

Keatsway Public School233 Keats Way, WaterlooKeatsway P.S. children will meet the instructor in the gym where program takes place
Lester B. Pearson Public School520 Chesapeake Drive, WaterlooLester B Pearson P.S. children will meet the instructor in the P.D.A. Portable where program will begin. Children will have access to the gym for active games. JK's and SK's are picked up by an instructor daily and brought to the portable for program.
Lincoln Heights Public School270 Quickfall Drive, WaterlooLincoln Heights P.S. children will meet the instructor in front of the main office and proceed downstairs to the "All Purpose Room" where program will take place, the children will have access to the gym for active games.
Sandhills Public School Also Serving St. Dominic Savio Catholic School1250 Victoria Street South, WaterlooSandhills P.S. children will meet the instructors in the gym where program will take place. 

St. Dominic Savio children will meet the instructor at the front office where attendance will be taken and walked to Sandhills P.S.
Westmount Public School329 Glasgow Street, Kitchener Westmount P.S. children will meet the instructors in the gym where program will take place.
